Health-tech
Five health-tech companies. Two of them are the best work I have done.
Booking funnels, two-sided marketplaces, and the consent and data questions that come with health. The numbers below belong to named clients.

Three more, without a full write-up.
ONKO Health
Registration funnel rebuilt and measured properly.
- +60% conversion rate to registration
- −59% cost per acquisition
Corona Test Centre
Lifecycle email built from nothing during a compressed, high-volume period.
- +39% sales
- Email became 32% of revenue
SuperCarers
Analytics and retention work for a care marketplace, later acquired by Home Instead.
- +147% returning users
ONKO Health and Corona Test Centre are no longer trading; the figures are as published at the time. SuperCarers was acquired by Home Instead.
What is different
Three things health-tech growth has to get right.
Two-sided funnels
Patients or clients on one side, practitioners on the other. Marketplaces fail on the thinner side, so both get instrumented and both get lifecycle.
Booking flows that leak
The booking step is the business. Measured step by step, then a weekly experiment programme aimed squarely at session-to-booking.
Trust and compliance
Consent done properly, health data kept out of analytics tools that should not have it, and the event schema written with that in mind from day one.
When a channel needs a specialist, I bring one from my network: people I have worked with for years. I brief them, I check the work, and I own the outcome. Meet the network →
Thirty minutes. No deck.
If I am not the right fit I will say so on the call, and tell you who is.
