Born in the UK, grew up in Parma. Fifteen years between Spain, Gibraltar and London, and recently back in Italy, working with UK and English-speaking companies.
Growth marketer since 2012, consultant since 2018. Just over fifty companies: fintech, SaaS, health-tech, marketplaces and non-profit tech, from seed to Series A and a few beyond it. Five of them in health-tech, which is why there is a page for it.
The work covers a lot: analytics and data from scratch, marketing automation and email, CRO and testing, paid tests, strategy, and running in-house teams and specialists. Rather than list it all, the site starts from where you are: two ways to work with me, with the price on each.
In 2026 I built RoastMyFlow with Nazia Hassan: an AI customer that walks your funnel and reports the frictions. It is the first hour of every CRO engagement I have ever run, made repeatable.

The only photo of me on the site. The work does the talking.
How I work
Six things clients notice in the first month.
Embedded, not outsourced
I work in your Slack, your tools and your weekly meeting. Clients say it feels like part of the team, not a supplier. That is the point.
Definitions before campaigns
Every project starts by agreeing what counts, in writing. Boring, and it is where the whole thing is won.
Honest about the numbers
No number without a named client behind it. Where the work was setup rather than optimisation, I say so and claim nothing.
Hands on the tools
I open Tag Manager, write the event plan, brief the developer and check what they built. Strategy without that is just a deck.
One accountable person
When a channel needs a specialist I bring one in, brief them, check the work and own the result. You never have to manage a roster.
Say what I do not do
I do not run paid ads day to day, design brands or build your product. I know people who do, and I will tell you on the call.
When a channel needs a specialist, I bring one from my network: people I have worked with for years. I brief them, I check the work, and I own the outcome. Meet the network →
The numbers
The stack
The tools I actually work in.
Thirty minutes. No deck.
If I am not the right fit I will say so on the call, and tell you who is.
