Who it is for
Early, funded, and nothing measured yet.
- You have just raised, or you are about to, and the growth plan in the deck needs something real behind it
- You have a product, a site and some traffic, but three people quote three different conversion rates
- The CRM is a spreadsheet, the emails are sent by hand, and nobody can say which channel is working
- Something was set up before, but nobody trusts it and you would rather fix it properly
- You want your own team to run growth afterwards, with the tools and the notes to do it
What you get
Everything on this list. Nothing vague.

Growth Foundations
I build the stack
For companies with a product and a site, but no growth machine behind them yet. Also for the ones whose setup exists but nobody trusts it.
- Workshops with you and the team, and an audit of what is already there
- Funnel, KPIs and event schema agreed in writing first
- Analytics set up and audited against live traffic
- CRM and automation configured on the same schema, first journeys live
- Dashboards, an experiment setup and a first test roadmap
- A 90-day growth plan, documentation and a handover
Not included
- Ongoing management after handover (that is Core or Plus)
What moves the price
- Web plus app, rather than web alone
- Migrating a broken existing setup rather than starting clean
- Several tools at once, or a warehouse and BI layer on top
- Team training beyond the handover session
- Heavy coordination with an external development agency
I give you the full price after the first call. It does not change once we have started.
Then what?
Most companies keep me on. Come from Foundations onto Core (£2,500/month) or Plus and the monthly price drops by 15% for as long as you stay.
Prices in GBP, excl. VAT/IVA where applicable. Invoiced in GBP; EUR or USD on request. Ad spend and specialist fees are quoted separately.
How the weeks go
Definitions first. Campaigns last.
The order matters. Each step only works if the one before it is done properly.
Weeks 1–2
Agree what counts, in writing
Workshops with you and the team, and a look at whatever is already in place. We write down the funnel, the KPIs and every event before anything gets built. This is where the whole thing is won.
Weeks 2–5
Instrument it, then audit it
Analytics and Tag Manager set up, events added with your developers, then every event checked against real traffic. Twice: before release and after.
Weeks 4–7
Lifecycle, off the same schema
CRM and automation chosen for your stage, set up, and connected to the same data as the analytics. The first journeys go live: welcome, activation, and the one that brings people back.
Weeks 6–9
Dashboards and the first experiments
Dashboards that show where the funnel narrows. Experiments set up, with a first list of tests ranked on evidence. A weekly rhythm your team can keep without me.
Final fortnight
The plan and the handover
A 90-day growth plan, notes for every part of the setup, and a handover session. Then your team takes it on, or I stay and run it on Core or Plus at 15% off.
When a channel needs a specialist, I bring one from my network: people I have worked with for years. I brief them, I check the work, and I own the outcome. Meet the network →

About Foundations specifically.
What does “from £6,000” actually cover?
Do you need our developers?
Which tools will you pick?
What happens after the ten weeks?
Can we skip Foundations and go straight to Core?
Thirty minutes. No deck.
If I am not the right fit I will say so on the call, and tell you who is.
