Fractional Head of Growth · remote
I build growth engines. Then I run them.
The analytics, the automation and the growth plan, set up properly first. Then run week by week, with your team or on my own.
What I do
Six areas. Not every company needs all six.
We agree which ones matter on the first call, and the mix changes as the work moves.
Growth strategy
Where growth will actually come from for you: the levers, the priorities and the numbers we are aiming at.
Analytics and data
The tools, the event plan, the setup with your developers, and a proper check that it all works. Then dashboards people actually open.
Lifecycle and automation
CRM, email, SMS and push. Journeys mapped, written and built, from first sign-up to win-back.
Conversion optimisation
Experiments running every week on the steps that matter, measured properly, with the winners rolled out.
Customer research
Talking to customers and watching how they use the product, so we test the right things instead of guessing.
Site and product growth
Better pages and flows: sketched, designed and built with your developers.
Packages
Build it once. Then pick how much I run.
Foundations is a one-off build. After it, you either take the stack in-house or I keep running it. Core and Plus differ by one thing: how much of the work is mine.

Growth Foundations
I build the stack
For companies with a product and a site, but no growth machine behind them yet. Also for the ones whose setup exists but nobody trusts it.
- Workshops with you and the team, and an audit of what is already there
- Funnel, KPIs and event schema agreed in writing first
- Analytics set up and audited against live traffic
- CRM and automation configured on the same schema, first journeys live
- Dashboards, an experiment setup and a first test roadmap
- A 90-day growth plan, documentation and a handover
Monthly · 6-month initial term
£2,500/month
Core
I share the work
For teams with people in house: a marketer, a designer, a developer. I do the technical work and guide the rest.
- I own the growth plan and the numbers behind it
- I build the technical parts myself: analytics, automation, reporting, experiments
- The rest I direct: I brief your team and review the work
- One experiment stream always running
- Weekly growth meeting, monthly plan and report
- Slack access, and my specialist network when a channel needs one
Monthly · 6-month initial term
£4,000/month
Plus
I run the lot
For founders with no marketing team yet. I do the work myself and bring in specialists where needed.
- Everything in Core, except I do the work rather than brief it
- I run the channels, the lifecycle and the experiments myself
- Two workstreams in parallel instead of one
- Specialists brought in and managed where I need them
- Board-ready reporting every fortnight, quarterly strategy session
- Hiring support when you build the team in house
Come from Foundations onto a monthly package and the monthly price drops by 15% for as long as you stay. Monthly packages run on a 6-month initial term, then rolling 3-month renewals unless notice is given by the end of month 5. Specialist fees and ad spend are quoted separately. Prices in GBP, excl. VAT/IVA where applicable. Invoiced in GBP; EUR or USD on request.
Something in between, or something bigger? Let’s talk.
I take a maximum of 3 monthly clients at once.
Results
What actually moved.
Some of it is a number. Some of it is the stack and the process that made the number possible. Every line belongs to a named client.
How it works
How we start. It is not complicated.
Book a call
Thirty minutes. Tell me where growth is stuck. The prices are on the site, so there are no surprises.
We pick the package
We work out what you actually need and agree on Foundations, Core or Plus. If none of them fit, I will say so.
Contract, then we start
I send a contract for what we agreed and we get going. The first two weeks are always about definitions and measurement.
When a channel needs a specialist, I bring one from my network: people I have worked with for years. I brief them, I check the work, and I own the outcome. Meet the network →
Selected work
Two I am happy to be judged on.
Augmentive
A two-sided mental-health marketplace where nobody trusted the analytics. I rebuilt the event schema and the lifecycle stack, then ran growth as their fractional lead.

At-home testing with a booking funnel leaking at every step. Analytics rebuilt first, then a weekly CRO programme aimed squarely at session-to-booking.

In their words, not mine.
“They knew what they were doing and followed a systematic, evidence-based approach. Quite scientific, which was refreshing given our experiences with other online marketing agencies.”
“They set out a clear plan and have executed it very well. They also did a great job of setting up analytics and reporting across our marketing platforms to ensure that we can measure and optimise performance.”
“From day one I understood the quality, professionalism and attention to detail he puts into his work. Communication is always a breeze and working across various projects within our company and with various stakeholders, he has consistently delivered.”

The stack
The tools I actually work in.
I pick what fits your stage and what you already have, rather than what I happen to like.
About
One accountable person, with a bench behind him.
Fifteen years between Spain, Gibraltar and London, and recently back in Italy. Just over fifty companies since 2012: fintech, SaaS, health-tech, marketplaces and non-profit tech.
I work remotely and come to your office every couple of months, which is usually the right amount. I am not an agency and I am not a pair of hands: you hire me, and when a channel needs a specialist I bring one in.
Writing
Mostly things I had to get wrong first.
Running an experiment programme that actually compounds
Most testing programmes produce a folder of inconclusive results. The difference is not cleverer tests — it is what happens before and after each one.
Read it →Six checks that tell you whether your GA4 is lying
An afternoon of work that usually explains the number nobody in the company can reconcile. None of these needs a developer to start.
Read it →What I set up first, and in what order
Most growth work fails in the first fortnight, before anyone has run a campaign. Here is the sequence I use, and why the order is not negotiable.

The ones I get on every first call.
How much does it cost?
How long does Growth Foundations take?
Do I have to start with Foundations?
What is the difference between Core and Plus?
How many clients do you take on?
Thirty minutes. No deck.
If I am not the right fit I will say so on the call, and tell you who is.
